Product Overview

The TK-LW intelligent externally-mounted ultrasonic level gauge adopts a non-contact measurement method with sensors attached externally, achieving true isolation measurement. It enables installation without drilling, hot work, or production shutdown. In addition to atmospheric storage tanks, it offers significant technical advantages for level measurement of various flammable, explosive, toxic, and highly corrosive media in high-pressure containers. It demonstrates stable and reliable performance in large-scale storage tank applications, further highlighting its technical superiority.

Measurement Principle

The TK-LW intelligent externally-mounted ultrasonic level gauge features a main probe吸附吸附 at the bottom of the storage tank. Ultrasonic signals transmit upward through the tank wall along the medium, reflect off the liquid surface, and are detected as echo signals by the probe. Utilizing multiple proprietary intelligent echo signal processing algorithms, it achieves automatic calibration and compensation, ensuring stable tracking and detection of the liquid level for real-time high-precision measurement.

At a fluoride chemical plant in Anhui, the customer’s SIS system initially used radar level gauges for heptafluoropropane and perfluorohexanone media tanks.
